Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love every HoldHer product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
we have 7 days return policy.
Products can only be returned if they are unopened and the seal is not broken. Once the plastic wrap or seal is removed, we’re unable to accept the return for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your delivery box arrives damaged, broken, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll review your case and we will re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days .

Refunds
Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
