All purchases made on HoldHer are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or alterations under any circumstances.
The only exception applies to products (including sale products) received in a defective or damaged condition, provided that:
a) The issue is reported to our customer care team in writing within 24 hours of delivery
b) The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition with all seals and packaging intact
c) HoldHer's delivery agent verifies the defect or damage
If approved, HoldHer will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit.
International Orders
For international shipments, any customs or duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. HoldHer shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the Order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances. All cancellation requests are subject to review, and HoldHer reserves the right to accept or reject any request at its sole discretion.
Non-Cancellable Items:
Body Adhesives: Orders for body adhesives are strictly non-cancellable. Once placed, they will be processed without exception.
